James Ainsworth Posted April 29, 2022 Share Posted April 29, 2022 Hi @HHH The request list will only show fields that are related to the request entity which are held in the h_itsm_requests table. The list does not provide any table joins to other entities. Having the custom_5 field that is part of the Organization entity (h_sys_organizations) is not possible.
