System Error

Hi,

 

The system keeps freezing and dropping connection. This then prompts us to log in but wont load and has also crashed a second time with the below error code;

We're getting 'Error Could not load config: error' on the login page

Log in config error.

Users have been thrown out of the system nd unable to log back in.

Im getting something similar below. It dropped by single sign on connection and now i cant get back in.

Issue seems to be fixed now for us. Will update if this crashes again.
