derekgreen Posted April 25, 2022 Posted April 25, 2022 Hi - one of the users who is testing our Employee Portal has started receiving the attached when logging in. Only started today, was working fine and no changes have been made. Anyone got any ideas?

The page hasn't been published yet - Means is still in draft mode, so only you can see this or other page administrators The user has a lower visibility than that page is set to - For example if the page is set to "User" and the logged in user is a "Basic User" the he will see this message. Hope one of these cases will solve the problem, if not let me know and we'll investigate further. Regards, Daniel.

I have played around with visibility options on the home page but this particular user is still getting the error message as above when logging in. I've made sure that the page is published and that visibility is set to 'all users' which should include basic and full accounts.
