Berto2002 Posted April 22, 2022 Posted April 22, 2022 CTRL+SHIFT+S is the web capture facility in MS edge browser: Regarding the 'Web Capture' (Ctrl + shift + s) - Microsoft Community Interestingly, it's not documented on the MS page for shortcuts: Keyboard shortcuts in Microsoft Edge But if I use that combination when using some of the Hornbill Service Manager screens, it takes me to the About (hornbill.com) because I think that's a search shortcut; so I can never take a snapshot of my some of Hornbill screens using that feature. Example screens where it DOES work as MS intended: any of the configuration screens that already have the search box on them here: https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/admin/app/com.hornbill.servicemanager/customize. Examples where we cannot take screenshots as we end-up being taken to the About screen: https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/messages, , https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/internal/home/, https://live.hornbill.com/xxx/servicemanager/requests/ Not a big deal but maybe one to alter in the future.
Steve Giller Posted April 22, 2022 Posted April 22, 2022 I've never heard of CTRL+SHFT+S as a capture shortcut. WIN+SHFT+S, however, is the Windows Snipping shortcut and works fine with Hornbill in any browser.
