Provided that you are granted administrative privileges: Press the Cog icon from the Hornbill interface Select "Platform Configuration" from the Configuration drop-down menu Select the "Organisation" menu item from the navigation menu Switch to the "Teams" tab in the organisation view Locate the "Create New Team" button I hope this helps.
