Customer visibility of Change Requests

Can Customers see their own change requests (Where they are set to Customer) through the self service portal?

If I search for the reference number I get

it also does not appear in the requests widget

Hi @Kelvin

There is a setting that you can check to make sure it is enabled.

1. Ctrl+Shift+S to open the Configuration Search

2. Type additionalrequest in the search to display the setting

3. Select the search result with this item and change the setting as required.
