@AKetteringham there is nothing that needs uploading, the new admin portal is not a new product, is just an update on the previous one... all the data, reports, advanced analytics is there, we have not removed or migrated anything... given that I had a similar query recently, I believe you are in a different area of the admin interface (Platform Configuration) where you have not configured any reports...

So, if your reports are configured for Service Manager, you will need to navigate to Service Manager section and access the reports for this section... here is a screenshot:
