Error on authorisation node within Business Process

Please can you advise on the following error on a Business process, it has been working on other requests, but this one is bringing up an error :

@JoanneG I'm afraid it's not possible to troubleshoot the cause for the error from the screenshot alone... my advice is to raise a support request so we can have a look at the workflow that failed, configuration, data, etc. to understand why the error occurred.
