Martyn Houghton
I might be going a bit mad, but I no longer seem to be able to locate the Working Time Calendars - Calendar: "Add System Exclusions" button anymore when viewing a WTC. I check in both the old and new Admin UI's. Has this been removed or permission/role added to it? Cheers Martyn
Martyn Houghton
@Victor Given the issue with Entity Explorer need additional permissions, I logged in as the original admin user setup by yourselves when our instance was created, but this did not resolve the issue and it too cannot see the "Add System Exclusions". I have checked the settings and do have exclusions populate for future dates. Any ideas? Cheers Martyn

Victor
@Martyn Houghton so you don't have this?
Martyn Houghton
@Victor I do, I am refering to the '+Add System Exclusion' button which was added last year as shown in the GIS below from the https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Working_Time_Calendars Appears you do not have it either from your screenshot. Martyn Houghton
@Victor This was a new facility added back in 2019 to add in bulk the system.defaultWorkingTime.exclusions values into the current WTC. The Add button only does one date at time. Cheers Martyn
Victor
@Martyn Houghton ah, that one, yes, it seems it has been removed...

Guest Paul Alexander
Although the BUTTON for system exclusions is there now after the latest update, it doesn't seem to do anything?! Clicking it doesn't open anything......?
Victor
@Paul Alexander sorry, I thought we just wanted the button there, not that it was expecting to do anything? (jokes aside, I'll raise this with development)

Cheers Martyn Hi @Martyn Houghton When I click mine, nothing happens still? I'm expecting a window should open (the same as if I click the 'Add' button?) cheers Paul
Martyn Houghton
@Paul Alexander No window, it just adds all the dates you have specified in the setting straight into exceptions which you should see if you scroll down. You just need to remember to press Save to commit the changes as from memory it did not warn you if you left the page without saving. Guest Paul Alexander
@Martyn Houghton Oh - thanks for that!! I didn't realise...some sort of notification or instructions would have been helpful when the button was pressed!! thanks
Guest Paul Alexander
I was looking at this all wrong...I was expecting to be able to add 'an exclusion' and to make that addition a system exclusion, rather than adding all of the current system exclusions to THIS calendar. Done now though, thanks...although it's a little clunky!!!
