Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2603) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

New
  • The order in which the FAQs list is presented in the Employee Portal and the Customer Portal is now configurable. The list order can be configured manually, or sorted by Likes, Views, Date Created, Date Published and Last Updated. This can be achieved through the 'Portal Config' option in the service form > FAQs tab. - See more on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Service_FAQs
Change
  • Refactored Intelligent Capture has now been enabled by default. There is no migration required and the switch is seamless. The project aimed to provide a unified mobile-friendly experience across the board for the agent view and portal experience. We tackled inefficiencies and performance-related issues while moving to new technologies to support our maintenance efforts and speedy delivery of enhancements.
  • We have considered the recent enhancement requests around the 'Log Request' Hornbill Automation suite in business processes. All the tasks now include an option to supply a catalog. All the tasks have been extended to include the 'Copy Assets' option. Log New Incident, Log New Change and Log New Service Request now include an option to select a customer. - See more on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Service_Manager_Business_Process_Workflow#Requests
