Adrian Simpkins Posted April 6, 2022 Share Posted April 6, 2022 Hi All I have come across 3 requests which have all had the same error at the point of Resolution, and the error message seems to reference resolutionTimerPause in the message below. It looks like a small issue as the vast majority of requests have moved past this point without the error. I have checked the BPM's to ensure correct Pause / Resume / End timer configuration in place and all looks fine apart from one of the BPM's which was missing the end Resolve Timer config. We only recently updated our BPM's to make use of this new pause / restart function so I wanted to see if this error was known already please Many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
