Hello everyone,

The latest update of Service Manager (2584) has been released to live.

The change log for this update is as follows:

  • The application's administrative features have been migrated to the new admin tool, with a new look & feel and enhanced accessibility and experience.
  • Request Reference and status is highlighted in red for better visibility when applying a closed request to an email via the 'Apply to Request' pop-up in the mailbox view.
  • Date attribute in the Questions section is not formatted correctly when a request is printed. {PM00171459}
  • Update advised image resolution for bulletins in the Employee Portal {PM00170696}
  • Employee Portal search does not return results when filtered by a domain. {PM00171558}
  • Unable to reset an attribute via 'Requests > Update Request > Custom Fields' Hornbill Automation. {PM00171556}
  • Performance improvements to the requests list. {PM00171494}
  • Process is incorrectly resumed when more than once instance of 'Requests > Suspend > Wait for Request Update' Hornbill Automation is included. {PM00171523}
  • Cancel button in progressive capture from a chat session does not go back to the chat session. {PM00171483}
  • Webhooks are not run on the RequestConnections entity when adding a connection to a request {PM00171377}
  • Updated changes to an asset are not shown in the assets list when manually refreshing the list. {PM00171213}
