Darren Rose
Hi, is there a way to find out the last login to Project Manager, and not just Hornbill in general? The last login on the user also includes when logged into the portal etc... but I just want to know when the last logon to PM was? Thanks Darren
Gerry
@Darren Rose "the last login to Project Manager" a user does not log into an app, what happens is a user gets access to an app based on the roles and rights assigned. The only way you can achieve what you are asking is to look at all the user accounts who have PM assigned to them, and see when the last time they logged into Hornbill was. Darren Rose
hi @Gerry Unfortunately, that won't give me what I need to be able to check, because people are accessing more than one app. I'll go back to the old fashioned way of doing it and ask them! Thanks Darren same for me and also for service manager and all the other apps please. This would help to monitor the users activities and the mount of license we really need. QEHNick
You could create a report to show the "Date Last Modified" on the "Projects" table. Link that to the "h_sys_accounts" table to get their name. You could see who was using it, and therefore who isn't using it.
QEHNick
Better to link sys_accounts users ID to Project Audit History "Created By" and display the Name and Date Created values in the report.
