Martyn Houghton Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Can we request an enhancement to be able to control the visibility of the Timeline entries from SLM Service Level escalation actions themselves individually when using the notification 'Post Content to Timeline' option, rather than inheriting it from the guest.ui.app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.operation.defaultVisibility setting.
