will.good Posted March 17, 2022 Share Posted March 17, 2022 Hi, Is there a way to limit the Max Step Count/ change it from 1000? We have an error in some of our processes (already being resolved) where it loops and continually sends a resolution email. Can we limit the 1000 step count limit so that it doesnt keep looping and sending so many emails out? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If this is still an issue at present (sending the emails) please let me know and we will adjust the workflows (the running instances) that are currently doing this.
