IMPORTANT message for customers using Dashboards and Slideshows

As part of the improvements and refactoring work undertaken for the new administration area within the main client, the number of unique sessions each user account can have is being limited to two. This change is being deployed towards the end of the week. This might affect customers who have purchased Advanced Analytics and have used the same account to display dashboards or slideshows on multiple screens around the office,. To avoid any disruption, please contact customer.success@hornbill.com letting us know how many dashboards/slideshows are being displayed and Team Hornbill will ensure that this change does not affect you. 

To be clear, there is no restriction being applied to the number of dashboards or slideshows that can be shown and these will only be affected if the display is set up using the same login details for all. Furthermore, the restriction is not applied to any sessions created using the Hornbill mobile app.
