Error when opening requests

We have one analyst (so far!) who, when trying to open any request from their request list, gets this message (the specified flowcode does not exist: com.hornbill.servicemanager/fc_ops/Requests/getRequestRecord)):

It's not stopping that analyst from doing anything as far as I can tell (the request opens and can be updated etc) but does anyone know why this is happening? I've asked them to log out and back in, and the error did seem to disappear for a few minutes, but it's now back!

@Paul Alexander,

We have made under-the-hood changes around the Service Manager > Timesheet Manager integration, which requires a new release of the Timesheet Manager app. Unfortunately, the release availability was missed, but we will get the new release of the Timesheet Manager app rolled out to live in the next window which is Friday. This is only an issue if an analyst intends to record a timesheet against an action in the request, do your analysts record timesheets by any chance?

Hi @Ehsan

That explains why only one person is getting the error - as they're the only person who is currently using the timesheet app!

It's not a huge problem as it doesn't seem to stop them doing anything, so we can deal with it until Friday

thanks for the update

Like @Paul Alexander we use the the Timesheet App so going a bit bonkers with the error popping up all the time we access a request.

Is the TimeSheet Manager release still on track and will that be released tonight so it applied automatically in our maintenance window or is it that it will be released in during the day tomorrow?

Cheers

Martyn

@Martyn Houghton,

The build will be pushed to live tomorrow morning at 10am, and instances will be automatically updated on Saturday I guess as per the maintenance window. I hope that's OK and really sorry for the inconvenience that this is causing.
