Users with the Full Management roles can manually lock or unlock actions without the need for BPM automation.The Hornbill Automation 'Requests > Email Notification > Email External Address' has been updated to send a single email to all the recipients specified in the TO, CC and BCC options. The visibility of the email will comply with other known email clients.We have continued to make performance improvements across the application. This includes the popover option in the Requests list which has been improved to use cached data and remove multiple API calls made when scanning the list.FixElevated FC from "Hornbill Service Manager System Role" instead of "Hornbill Service Manager Reserved Role" {PM00171326}Snippets list overflows the screen in the request details page. {PM00171124}Connection type is not honoured when removing connections via the BPM. {PM00171228}Unable to reassess the Impact assessment on a Request in a given scenario.Employee Portal search does not return results when filtering by Known Issues. {PM00171083}
