Andy Gilbert Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Morning, I would like to propose an enhancement to support service desk team members performing actions with less clicks & being more efficient It would be great if it was possible to change the state of a ticket at the same point as adding a note or sending an email to a customer appreciate other peoples thoughts? thanks Andy
James Ainsworth Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Hi Andy, Thanks for your post. I think that helping to reduce number of clicks and the simplicity of the UI is very important. As you will have seen we have recently gone through an exercise with simplifying administration. We also have plans to look at requests and services.. This was mentioned at the Hornbill webinar last month. Some great things to come. We will keep this in mind as we plan and progress with changes in this area.
