What is the expression used in the Self Service Branch? I'd also be interested to know if this task has been recently added or has it been there for a while and worked in previous requests? It might be because of the wording of my previous question. Was this Human Task recently added to the BPM workflow? I just wanted to make sure that if it was, that the BPM had been published in order for it to be applied to the requests that use this workflow.
