Error message in a batch of tickets created today

We have had a major incident which resulted in a rush of tickets.  When trying to reassign them to another team in bulk an error appeared


Was able to move them individually and narrowed it down to just 4 using two different BPMs.  To get round it was able to click on copy and make a new request that was fine, but any ideas what this error might mean.

Hi @HGrigsby

It may be difficult to say from the screenshot without having someone investigate the backend.  You could raise this with Hornbill Support through your Premier Success Plan to see if someone could take a look.  By the error message it looks like you have a Hornbill Automation that updates the Service and reassess the Service Levels for these requests.  It could be that the criteria needed for this Automation wasn't available at time.
