Please would it be possible to help/advise? 

When you @ someone it creates a notification to say they have been @’d … this works in service manager and project manager I believe. Is it possible for the individual to be emailed if they are @’d ?

I can’t see the setting in the user notification settings.  Thank you.

@ mentions only produce a Hornbill Notification and there isn't currently an option to include an email notification.  One could install the Hornbill Mobile app under which you would receive these notifications on your mobile device when you are not logged into Hornbill.

When I @ myself in a update on a call I don't get a hornbill notification. (I have been trying to make this work for us for a while)
Is there a setting I've missed somewhere?
