Could we add hyperlinks to snippets?

Snippets are very handy tools which are being used by all of our teams, but they've asked if it would be possible to add hyperlinks (with alternative text to show, rather than the address of the link) please?

Just to update this - snippets are plain text, so I don't believe that hyperlinks are currently an option. (They have to be plain text as the email composer can be set to use plain text only mode.)

There is nothing to stop you putting URLs in a snippet, of course.
