HI, I would like to be able to make all calls assigned to the IT Security Team inaccessible to all other Service Manager Users (other than admins). Is this possible?

Access to Requests is normally controlled by the Services a User supports; if you have an IT Security Service that only the IT Security Service team supports then only they (and the Requests' Customers) will have sight of those Requests.

There isn't an option for Requests to become hidden from other Supporting Users of their Service once assigned to a particular Team.
