Error on service request: gotolf

Hi

We are getting this error on a service request which seems to be preventing the automated processes kicking in?  I am new to Hornbill and do not know where to look (yet!) so any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

@Amanda Durgan This error is very literal.

You have a Decision Node, when the BPM has reached the Node none of the criteria for the exit branches have been matched, and you don't have a "No Match" branch.
For example - the criteria might be:
Branch 1: Priority is High
Branch 2: Priority is Medium
Branch 3: Priority is Low

If you arrive at this Decision and the Priority is Critical, or the Request has no Priority set, you will see this error.

We strongly recommend that all Decision Nodes have a No Match branch, even when you think you have covered all possible values, to avoid this error.
