Minor Enhancement: Request to put the Task/Activity Owner at the TOP, not bottom of the Activity pane

We use the text in our Tasks to be very explanatory to our teams; so they can get quite long.

This means our people have to go to the bottom of the Task to check it's there's before actioning.

I wish we could have the Owner (Team and/or Individual) listed at the top, not the bottom so it's easier for everyone to see.

Just that one little line underneath the Title would be so much more intuitive!
