New "error" message when creating a ticket from email

Hi, when raising a ticket from an email, the resulting message now states "The following error(s) were encountered while logging the request :"

It seems strange to display this when there aren't any errors. This seems to have been introduced in build 2526.

Hi @Gareth Noon,

We are unable to recreate this issue internally. The next time you raise a request from an email, could you please open the Console in the Chrome browser to help us debug this?

Instructions:

  • In Chrome, press F12 on your keyboard to open the Console
  • Click on the Network tab
  • Type in "?method=log" within the filter box
  • Click on the "?method=logIncident" from the search results
  • Click on the Previous tab

Please copy the entire text from the Preview tab and share it here.
