Dan Munns
Hi, Can we have a couple of additions to the actions available when multiple requests are selected please? Link requests would be useful rather than having to add them from the requests Resolve and Close rather than having them as two separate actions The ability to email the customer would also be useful but may be more niche (we often have phishing simulations/forced password resets/additional access to new resources etc affecting multiple users and the ability to email them all at once would be handy) Thanks, Dan
Hornbill Staff DR
Hi Dan,  thanks for your post. These are great suggestions and the Product Team has visibility. Additional multi select actions on the request list would be a great complement the ones already available. If you're interested to see what's coming through the development pipeline, the current roadmap can be viewed via Hornbill Configuration > Solution Centre > Roadmap Library. This area lists all the Hornbill applications and the current development stories working their way through. For the benefit of others who may come across this post, I'll leave a link to the current multi-select actions available in the request list: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Multi-Select_Actions Dan

HHH
@DanielRi Beside what @Dan Munns requested above, being able to change status and sub-status in bulk is at the top of our list
