will.good Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 Hi, I am looking for a way to display email To information for an incoming email that shows on the timeline. For example, If a customer responds to an email we have sent but then adds another person in the To field, this does not show up on the timeline. Is there any setting to enable this?
Steve Giller Posted February 9, 2022 Posted February 9, 2022 I'm not aware of on option to do this, you can access this information by selecting the View Email option from the "three dots" menu on the Timeline Entry. 1
