Minor defect? Cloud operation Teams "Message Status" incorrectly reporting "failed"?

I have node that adds a new Channel Message and it works fine and brings back a message ID that I then use to update as the workflow progresses:

But, the Message Status I post on the Timeline just after that operation gives "failed":

It's not impacting me but it doesn't seem quite right...
