SamS Posted June 22, 2022 Posted June 22, 2022 Hi @JAquino, It works for me. In addition to workarounds for linked PM/KE's, FAQs against the service are also available here. Just to confirm that the attached KE/PM does NOT require to be of the same Service as the Incident.
