Will changing the SSO Profile name have any effect?!

We're looking to create a new, separate SSO profile for some of our customers, and I just want to check whether changing the NAME of the current profile will have any effect on anything? 

Obviously, I don't want to change it and then 'things' start not working, so am just checking whether this name will affect anything

I couldn't give a definitive answer, but by looking at the URL in the browser, the name is not being used at the ID which would lead me to believe that changing the name wouldn't have any impact.  I'll see if I can find out more.
