Berto2002 Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 I am starting to automate the removal of Users as part of our Leavers workflow. I want to: Set Type to Basic - Can do Update Custom Attribute 1 to refer to the Leaver RequestID in which they were archived - Can do Set the User to Archived - Can do Remove the user from all Organisations - cannot do... Remove all (privileged) Roles from user - cannot do... I need help on 4 and 5. I cannot see a way to take all Roles and Orgs from a User without creating a node for every single one; and that would mean we have hundreds of Roles/Org removal nodes! Am I missing a "remove all" option? Is there a way, for example, to use a Variable approach in the node below and list all the Organisations so the user is removed from all? Can we do the same with the Roles?
Victor Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 @Berto2002 set Type to Basic should do 4 and 5 automatically iirc. EDIT: it doesn't do 4.
Berto2002 Posted January 18, 2022 Author Posted January 18, 2022 Haha!, indeed, it does to 5 (Roles) so great! So we are down to needing to remove from All Organisations and whether there is a way to do this without me creating 50 nodes to cover all my groups of all kinds. Any ideas?

This is something I am looking to try and do as well - did you ever manage to sort it?
Berto2002 Posted October 3, 2022 Author Posted October 3, 2022 No, there is no "remove all" option for OG's. We have a node to check what groups they are in and then checks in serial and removes them from key business apps if so:
