However when the Line Manager is authorising the request, if they choose to reject the request, they then are required to put a reason why the request is being rejected however this is not updating on the Timeline which I am wanting...
Steven Boardman Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 @JoanneG there is an option in the business process designer to help here. After your rejection outcome, you can add a node which can get you the details of the last authorisation (see image below) One of the output parameters for this node is the Completion Details If you now follow the above with a node - Service Manager > Entity > Requests > Update Request > Timeline You can use the variable picker to inject the Completion Details into the Update Text field of this node and post the authorisation rejection reason to the timeline Hope that helps 1
