Self Service Requests logged per day per calendar month report

Hello,

We would like to create a report of the total number Self Service requests logged per day per calendar month. We have tried to group by h_datelogged but this is not working.

How can we do this please?

@Alisha - It won't work... because the h_datelogged is a DATETIME filed, thus also stores the time (to the second). So grouping on this field with the purpose of having a group by day is not possible.

The report itself will require a "custom" or runtime column where the time is "stripped" from h_datelogged which will allow the said group. Unfortunately this is not possible in current reporting functionality in HB. I can only suggest to make use of the powerBi integration. Have the report in HB output the "bulk" data you need then use powerBi to have this formatted further, such as the group by date.
