will.good Posted January 2, 2022 Posted January 2, 2022 Hi, I cannot seem to change/update the visability of any updates/emails on any service requests. It is always greyed out or only shows Team as an option. We did used to be able to change this to Customer or Team but cannot seem to find the setting to enable this again. Any help would be much appreciated! Will

will.good Posted January 10, 2022 Author Posted January 10, 2022 Hi @James Ainsworth Had a look later in the week and managed to find the setting. A setting called ui.app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.operation.popup.values is driving this and dictates who you can select visibility for. The name of this setting wasn't overly clear which made it a nightmare to find. Thanks for coming back to me
