SJEaton
Hi Is there a way of rectifying when this error code is received on a request or will it have to be raised again? Thanks
Steve Giller
0200 isn't an error code - the notifyEmailCustomer part is the important bit. It's hard to say without the full message (which will be in the logs) but it looks like you've got a misconfigured "Email Customer" node at first glance. James Ainsworth
Hi @SJEaton Using the Manage Executed Processes you may be able to correct this issue without creating a new request. If you can identify the EMail Customer node that is having the issue, you may be able to correct the configuration.
