Email when call comes off hold

can someone remind me how to set the notifcation when a call comes off hold. I switched it off a couple of years ago and cant find it in settings.

@chriscorcoran - As far as I know, there is no such functionality... You can theoretically have something in place in the workflow if you have the workflow in a continuous suspended state waiting for off hold then fire an email when and each time the workflow resumes... but that is not something I would recommend, not quite practical.
