Bookmarks are specific to locations within Hornbill, but there may be a couple of options for you. You could create a Workspace where you add posts about Forum articles that you are interested in or relate to your environment. Bookmarks are personal, so the benefit of adding to a workspace is that others can also access and search on these. Existing Bookmarks also have an Edit option where you can add links to the description of the Bookmark. So for anything that you have a bookmark for within Hornbill, you could then have something like this....
