Assigning tickets to teams - ALL teams are showing

I'm getting reports that requests, when an analyst reassigns, are picking up ALL teams, rather than just the supporting teams which are assigned to the service that the request is logged under.

For instance:


The request (below) is showing a list of ALL of the supporting teams when being reassigned:




BUT,the service (password and accounts) SHOULD only show the list of 'supporting team' as shown here (I know that there's a slider which will show MORE teams, but the Academy, Accounts Payable, Archiving teams shown above do NOT show in the Supporting Teams list):






As we have HR and Accounts teams using Hornbill, I'm a little worried that teams COULD potentially see requests that they're not supposed to. 

Has something changed please?
