Custom Button: Show Button If Source = Self Service

Hello,

Would it be possible to implement the ability to show a custom button if a reference is raised via an agent rather than through self service (ie by the Source value)?

I presume a workaround would be to populate a custom field with the source and then use the custom field to dictate the button visibility.

Ideally, we would prefer this filter directly because setting custom values would require multiple business process updates.
