AlexOnTheHill Posted December 6, 2021 Share Posted December 6, 2021 Hello, Would it be possible to implement the ability to show a custom button if a reference is raised via an agent rather than through self service (ie by the Source value)? I presume a workaround would be to populate a custom field with the source and then use the custom field to dictate the button visibility. Ideally, we would prefer this filter directly because setting custom values would require multiple business process updates. Steven Boardman Posted December 7, 2021 Share Posted December 7, 2021 @AlexOnTheHill we have added both Source Type and Source ID and these new rule conditions will be available in the next Service Manager update.
