Custom Domain Names

I know previously you had an option to allow a reverse DNS look up, but I was wondering if you support custom domains which will allow us to publish a branded URL for the customer portal instead of using: 

 

https://live.hornbill.com/XXXXXXinternal/home/ 

 

and then we can re-direct the traffic this IP address.

Hi David,

I personally don't have a lot of knowledge with the reverse DNS look ups.  There is this page on our wiki that does provide some information about DNS look ups, but not sure if it covers what you are looking for.

@Dave Longley not really... as mentioned in the wiki article mentioned by James, Hornbill does not offer a a custom domain option embedded in Hornbill platform but any customer can set up their environment to have a custom domain for the HB portal(s) and HB endpoints. Please bear in mind that if anyone decides to implement this in their environment, we will not be able to support it. As mentioned on the wiki, if there is any problem or issue with your custom domain implementation that does not show up on our own standard domains for our service, we will not be able to assist with the issue.
