Toggle on/off paste image in Add Attachments

Hello,

Please could we request the option to toggle on/off the paste image part of the Add Attachments node. We sometimes require emails to be attached to a request and we don't want customers taking a screenshot of the email, so it would be useful to switch off the option on some occasions.

The paste image option would be very useful for our analysts.

Thanks for your post.  I'll feed this back to the development team.  I can see that when you are requesting an actual document from a user that the prompt for pasting an image may be a bit confusing.

I believe that an option has been added to the attachment form in Progressive Capture that allows you to turn the paste option on or off.  I've not tested or confirmed yet, but it may be available as early as the next Service Manager update.

There is a possibility that the update was completed as part of the new version of Intelligent Capture (Progressive Capture).  There is an experimental setting that you can enable to test this out.  As it is experimental you may want to test during a quiet point in the day.  We will look to have this enabled by default for all customers in the coming weeks, so it may be worth having a peek to see how your current progressive captures look and behave.   I will try to test this as well to see if the paste field is removed when this setting is on.
