If there would be a ticket mistakenly cancelled, which was meant to be live, how would I undo the cancellation? Is that a possibility? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
James Ainsworth Posted November 16, 2021 Share Posted November 16, 2021 Hi Daniella, You could create an Auto Task that updates the status of a ticket and run this using a Custom Button. However, cancelling a request will cancel the running BPM and any active tasks. So, you may be able to make the ticket active again, but you would have to manage the remainder of the process manually.
