Jack_Podmore Posted November 16, 2021 Share Posted November 16, 2021 Hi all, Within our instance we have subfolders in our shared mailbox with routing rules for emails to be pushed to certain folders. The mailbox message indicator doesn't increase unless emails hit the "Inbox" folder meaning we will either have to push everything to the main folder or be constantly checking.
