StephC Posted November 3, 2021 Share Posted November 3, 2021 Hello, We have had reports from different people now that when trying to raise requests on our portal it appears as though it isn't going through. It is actually going through, just gets stuck on the processing screen for them like this. Could someone advise where the problem might be? Steven Boardman Posted November 3, 2021 Share Posted November 3, 2021 @StephC the issue has been replicated and resolved, we are looking to push the fix asap to all customers instances. The request will still be raised, even though the UI is non responsive. Users can refresh the browser and use the Cancel option to exit the progressive capture.
