Enhancement: 1) An audit function against all Service Manager resources or perhaps 2) just a 'Notes' field for Admins

There have been numerous occasions when I have been into part of the system and there's no way of knowing who last made a change or why. Examples include alterations to the Service Portfolio or Catalogue Items, User Admin, Categories (Profiles). The trigger for this is that we have a suspended user but we've no direct idea why or how that happened; we have to trawl through our Requests.

The best way to do this would be to have audit functionality on these resources throughout the system. But I believe that's a major undertaking.

Another way to do it might be to simply have a Notes field added to these resources for admins to voluntarily add details to if they think them important. In my trigger use case, the Admins could have put a quick note against that user "I suspended on request from [Senior Manager], 27/10/21"...
