Click on Supplier Manager, click the +, click on create new supplier button. Nothing happens and no error messages. James Ainsworth Posted October 25, 2021 Share Posted October 25, 2021 Hi Will, Thanks for your post. I'm not aware of any issues regarding the creation of new Suppliers. Had you been able to create suppliers previously? Can you confirm that the user that you are logged in as has either one of the available Supplier Manager roles? Victor Posted October 28, 2021 Share Posted October 28, 2021 @Will J Douglas the issue has been fixed in your instance. @James Ainsworth the issue was caused by a defect (has been fixed and deployed) but there might be (older) data in some instances that need to be manually corrected.
