Victor Posted September 23, 2021 Share Posted September 23, 2021 We are currently experience an issue on our Hornbill Customer Success portal whereby requests are not visible when navigating to "My Requests" section or "Request" section/tab from the services you are subscribed to. This is now being looked into by our development team. Apologies for any inconveniences this might cause. Please note this issue is not affecting any portal in live/customer environment, this is specific and isolated to the portal provided by Hornbill (as the organisation) to our customers.
