Totals in a custom request list view

Hi All,

Apologies but I thought I had raised this previously.

Currently when creating a custom request list view we lose the totals (Total / New / Open / Resolved). I thought I had raised this previously to ask if this can be enhanced at all as these totals are extremely helpful on the basic request list view, but we do not get these on a custom view. 

Can anyone confirm if this is to be changed at all please?
